The controller of the personal data collected on this site is the House of Slains, reachable at dpo@houseofslains.com.

Data collected

Personal data is collected exclusively through the contact form: name, email address, subject and content of the message. No sensitive data is requested. Providing this data is necessary to process your request.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is processed solely to respond to your correspondence and to follow up on exchanges with the Chancery. The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the House of Slains in handling and replying to the requests addressed to it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period

Data from the contact form is retained for a maximum of three (3) years from the last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Recipients

The data is intended only for the Chancery of the House of Slains. It is neither sold, transferred nor disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by our host strictly within the scope of providing the service.

Your rights

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to and port your data. You may exercise these rights by writing to dpo@houseofslains.com.

Complaint

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), the French supervisory authority.
